Starkey Hearing Foundation

Starkey's non-profit foundation whose mission is to raise social awareness of hearing through education and research, while providing the gift of hearing to those in need around the world.

In 1984 he started it with a simple philosophy "Alone we can't do much, together we can change the world". With the motto "So the world can hear," its founder and Starkey founder, William F. Austin, built an organization to make his dream a reality. Today the foundation relies on the efforts and donations of thousands of volunteers from all over the world. This support allows the foundation every year to deliver over 50,000 hearing aids worldwide to people in need (Hearing Angel program).

At the same time, it promotes awareness of ear hygiene issues and supports research and education (Sound Matters program).
