Our company has a fully equipped laboratory and specialized technical staff who, in case of any damage, will evaluate and repair your headset. In collaboration with our hearing care professionals, he will point out what actions are necessary for the good maintenance of your devices, what you should avoid and under what conditions you should store your hearing aids in order to have a long-term good performance.
We are also able to upgrade your current hearing aid, if the model you are using allows, to achieve the best possible performance if your hearing loss has extended or the demands of your daily life have changed. Each headset leaves the lab only after it has been fully tested for smooth operation.
In addition, various types of molds, shells and personalized earplugs are manufactured in our workshop.
