In the event that for reasons of health or inability to transport it is not possible to go to one of our stores for an evaluation of your hearing, we are able to provide you with our services in a pre-arranged home visit, free of charge.

In addition to the convenience that this can provide you, in terms of movement, it can give us valuable information about your daily life, your family environment, your history and the space in which you move, so that we can adjust its settings accordingly handset and to train the people caring for you on how to properly fit your handset, change batteries and clean it.

We can also supply you with the appropriate consumables (batteries, filters), as well as determine if there is any damage to the handset and arrange for it to be sent to our workshop free of charge.
